SHAPE in Mons, Belgium is seeking a Project Linked NATO International Civilian specialist to contribute to the development of NATO IAMD capabilities and ensure interoperability across planning and execution cycles.

The role requires experience with IAMD systems, KPI monitoring, and a university degree or related professional credentials; duties include coordinating inputs, monitoring performance, and supporting technical evaluations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Integrated Air & Missile Defence (IAMD) systems, including operational, technical, or engineering roles.
• Experience with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to performance monitoring.
• University Degree and 2 years function related experience, or Higher Secondary education and completed advanced vocational training with 4 years post related experience.

Responsabilités

• Is the principal interface between SHAPE PLANS FD C2SOUS and Air Command Ramstein, DEU with the co-located Balistic Missile Defence Operation centre (BMDOC).
• Captures IAMD requirements and translates them into inputs for planning and funding processes.
• Monitors and analyses performance and technical availability of assigned units and service providers.
• Supports evaluation programmes and ensures interoperability and logistics provisioning criteria.
