Job summary

Belgium-based consulting role in the Infrastructure and Security practice focuses on IAM processes and tools. You will operate, monitor, improve, and develop IAM capabilities within client environments.

You will collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure proper access management, RBAC reviews, incident handling, and KPI monitoring while contributing to IAM strategy and long-term security initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience is required.
• Interest in IT security and IAM.
• Knowledge of identity and access management concepts (RBAC, SoD).
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices is expected.
• Autonomy and strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee proper execution of access management services.
• Provide guidance to end-users in access management requests and IAM incidents.
• Monitor system performance and apply processes when issues occur.
• Manage and analyze application access rules and review RBAC.
• Implement and monitor KPIs for the Access Management Service.
• Document processes per client rules and internal organization.
• Contribute to IAM strategy evolution and assessments.
• Participate in long-term IAM tool consolidation projects.
