DigiTribe is seeking a Functional IAM Business Analyst to join our Identity Governance team in the financial sector. You will define and improve access governance processes, shaping how people get, keep and lose access across the organisation.

Working with business stakeholders and audit teams, you’ll translate findings into concrete process improvements, manage access request flows, periodic recertifications and JML programs, and ensure controls are robust for regulators.

Competenze

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst in IAM or IT security.
• Experience in banking or insurance is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on functional experience with an IGA tool; SailPoint IdentityIQ is a big plus.
• Solid knowledge of access reviews and certifications, RBAC and role models, SoD and least privilege.
• Familiarity with banking regulation and control expectations (DORA, ECB/NBB).

Mansioni

• Define and improve processes governing who gets access to what.
• Manage access request flows, periodic recertification campaigns and JML processes.
• Ensure controls are robust for internal audit and regulators; translate findings into improvements.
