Job summary

ictjob.be is seeking a Functional IAM Business Analyst to join an Identity Governance (IGA) team in the financial sector. You will shape how users gain, retain, and lose access, focusing on governance across the organisation.

You will define and improve access processes, including request flows, recertification, and Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML). You will ensure controls meet internal audit and regulator expectations and translate findings into actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• IAM-focused business analyst experience preferred
• Experience translating controls into process improvements
• Familiarity with internal audit and regulatory expectations
• Strong stakeholder communication and process-mapping skills

Responsibilities
