Job summary

ictjob.be is seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong IAM knowledge to join an Identity Governance (IGA) programme in the financial sector.

You will drive agile delivery for a team of IAM Business Analysts and SailPoint IdentityIQ engineers, run sprints and all Scrum ceremonies, and serve as the liaison between the team and business, security and audit stakeholders to ensure priorities stay aligned across the programme.

Qualifications

• Deep IAM concepts including JML, access recertification and onboarding workflows.
• Experience turning business needs into backlog items and user stories.
• Ability to challenge estimates and surface cross-team dependencies and risks.

Responsibilities

• Drive agile delivery for IAM Business Analysts and SailPoint IIQ engineers.
• Run sprints, backlog refinement and all Scrum ceremonies.
• Act as a link between team and business, security and audit stakeholders to keep priorities aligned.
