AGAD Technology seeks a driven Business Analyst to strengthen the IAM Operations team in Belgium, bridging business and IT with a hands-on focus on operational identity and access management. You’ll help manage access rights across a large IT landscape, emphasizing business outcomes over pure coding.

Key tasks include data modeling, RBAC application, and running controls and recertification campaigns within a multi-application environment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and logical thinking with a business focus.
• Business-oriented profile with solid IT background.
• Fluent in Dutch or French and English; French/Dutch preferred.
• RBAC knowledge and IAM concepts understood.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operational IAM activities using SailPoint IdentityIQ with focus on processes rather than development.
• Model data and define business roles to manage access rights securely.
• Run controls on IAM processes (joiner, mover, leaver) and data quality cleanup.
