Job summary

ictjob.be is seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong IAM knowledge to join an Identity Governance (IGA) programme in the financial sector.

You will drive agile delivery for a team of IAM Business Analysts and SailPoint IdentityIQ engineers, run sprints and all Scrum ceremonies, and serve as the liaison between the team and business, security and audit stakeholders to ensure priorities stay aligned across the programme.

Qualifications

• Deep IAM concepts including JML, access recertification and onboarding workflows.
• Experience turning business needs into backlog items and user stories.
• Ability to challenge estimates and surface cross-team dependencies and risks.

Responsibilities

Your role

You’ll drive agile delivery for a team of IAM Business Analysts and SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) engineers. You’ll run sprints, backlog refinement and all Scrum ceremonies, and act as the link between the team and its business, security and audit stakeholders. You’ll keep delivery on track, surface dependencies early, and make sure priorities stay aligned across the programme.

What makes you the right fit

You understand IAM concepts well enough to engage with the team on substance: Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes, access recertification, access requests and application onboarding. You can challenge estimates, spot cross-team dependencies and anticipate risks.
