Keystone Solutions is seeking an expert Digital Business Analyst for a transversal consultancy mission at a Brussels client site. The role combines 50% on-site work with 50% homeworking and focuses on end-to-end ownership across multiple products and teams.

You will connect strategic objectives with customer needs, lead discovery, structure governance and collaborate with Compliance, Legal and Risk to deliver impactful digital channel improvements.

• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to structure ambiguous topics and define clear scopes.
• Proven stakeholder facilitation and influencing skills.
• Data-driven with ability to use qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Autonomy and proactive mindset to create structure in undefined scope.

Responsabilités

• Take end-to-end ownership of transversal initiatives across products, processes and teams.
• Lead discovery and assessment of new business ideas before formal initiatives.
• Structure complex topics by defining scope, outcomes and governance.
• Coordinate across business and delivery domains ensuring coherent solutions.
• Build stakeholder alignment across squads, domains and IT partners.
• Identify, evaluate and recommend feasible solution options.
• Translate needs into capabilities and deliverables with clear ownership.
• Prepare decision materials for senior stakeholders and governance.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and risks, escalating when needed.
• Support squads with transversal coordination when complexity requires it.
• Lead product discovery activities including journey mapping and MVP definition.
• Support adoption by clarifying requirements and coordinating testing.
