Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Director, Process Optimization & Digital Operations. This role supports CRM operational excellence across multiple countries and coordinates process improvements, governance, and digital assets within a regulated environment.

The position focuses on translating strategy into practical operating routines, vendor coordination, and audit readiness. Located in Beerse or other indicated locations, with exposure to global CRM leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent University degree required with focus in life sciences, quality, technology, data, engineering, business or related discipline.
• Experience supporting process improvement, digital operations, business systems, governance, or audits is preferred.
• Strong organization, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Process optimization and operational improvement: map current-state activities, identify inefficiencies, coordinate improvements, monitor adoption and effectiveness.
• Digital landscape administration and user support: manage CRM-owned tools, guidance, triage questions, and release readiness communications.
• Super-user forums and stakeholder enablement: plan forums, maintain agendas/logs, gather feedback, coordinate learning materials.
• Vendor and service coordination: act as CRM contact for vendors, coordinate deliverables, meetings, and invoices.
• Audit and inspection support: coordinate collection of evidence, maintain readiness materials, support timely responses.
• Governance, portal, taxonomy support: administer governance calendars, intake logs, and portal content.
• Metrics and management reporting: compile measures and trends for leadership review.
