Odoo in Ramillies, Belgium is seeking a Technical Support Engineer who thrives on debugging and helping customers. You will work with PostgreSQL, Odoo framework, and a dedicated support team to resolve complex issues primarily via email.

As the last line of defense, you will dispatch cases to the right teams, improve internal tools, and maintain evolving solutions. Autonomy with 38h/week and two homeworking days per week is offered along with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Expert in at least one programming language.
• Object-oriented programming and data modeling.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Diplomacy and clear communication with customers.
