dear digital is seeking an Odoo Support Consultant to join the ddCare team. You will own tickets from first contact to resolution, diagnose issues functionally and technically, and leverage AI to speed up responses.

You will document clearly and collaborate with developers on complex cases to ensure client success. You will operate from Ghent with flexible hours and the option to work remotely, joining a growing Odoo Gold Partner and Shopify Premier Partner team that delivers hands-on client

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in ERP, customer support or development.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Technically curious and eager to understand how systems behave.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical causes to diverse stakeholders.
• Structured and reliable in documenting work and following up.

Responsabilités

• Own incoming tickets from first question to closure: understand, reproduce, root-cause, and solve.
• Dig into the system, both functionally and technically; read data models, logs, and configurations; read code when needed.
• Use AI as part of daily toolkit to investigate, draft solutions, and document findings.
• Coordinate with a developer or solution architect on complex cases; know when to escalate.
• Explain what happened, why, and what to watch for in clear language without ERP jargon.
• Identify recurring issues and propose structural fixes or improved documentation.
• Build relationships with key users post go-live; be the trusted voice for clients.
