Causeway in Belgium (Braine-l’Alleud) is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to deliver outstanding support for our SaaS product in a hybrid setup. You will independently manage support cases and support Enterprise customers, collaborating with Product and Development teams to resolve issues.

The role requires fluent Dutch and French, plus strong English, and a proven ability to handle complex inquiries with a customer-first approach. A dynamic, international team and hybrid work model await.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer support, technical support, or help desk in SaaS environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with others.

Responsabilités

• Be a trusted contact for customers from small businesses to Enterprise accounts.
• Handle requests via chat, email, and phone, resolving or escalating as needed.
• Deliver high-touch support to Enterprise customers with timely follow-up.
