Isabel, a Belgian tech company, is hiring a Customer Support/Service role in Brussels. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering empathetic, efficient support across administrative and technical inquiries, and shaping their overall experience with Isabel.

You will own inquiries from initial contact to resolution, maintain accurate records, and contribute to knowledge and process improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams across three working languages.

Qualifications

• Must communicate with customers with patience, clarity, and professionalism.
• Ability to take ownership of inquiries and resolve them effectively.
• Willingness to learn administrative and technical aspects of Isabel solutions.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary contact for customers via email and phone with professional, responsive support.
• Analyze incoming requests and provide timely, accurate solutions.
• Coordinate with teams for incidents and escalate as needed.
• Handle complaints per procedures and document resolutions.
• Maintain accurate customer data and update records regularly.
• Create and update process docs, guidelines, and knowledge base articles.
• Continuously improve knowledge of customer service tools and systems.
• Identify recurring issues and share feedback for service improvements.
• Keep up-to-date with risk and regulatory frameworks relevant to the role.
