TiTANS Consulting seeks a seasoned SCADA software developer to maintain and extend our 24/7 power perimeter control system across Belgium and neighboring countries. You will work on Hitachi Energy MicroSCADA X, SCIL backend, and a web frontend, applying solid architecture and resilient design in a high-availability environment.

Join an Agile/SAFe team, collaborate with analysts and dispatchers, and contribute to on-call support to ensure grid stability.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in IT or electrical engineering
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Industrial mindset with strong software engineering
• Understanding of electricity production and grid transport basics
• Proactive and structured approach to ensure 24/7 stability
• Solution-driven with ability to implement sustainable fixes
• Team player in complex project environments
• Excellent communication, both technical and non-technical

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain SCADA X (Hitachi Energy MicroSCADA X) to keep the power perimeter balanced
• Apply architectural design principles to build scalable, robust solutions
• Apply software craftsmanship principles (SOLID, DRY, KISS, YAGNI) for maintainable code
• Collaborate in an Agile/SAFe environment with analysts, dispatchers, and technical teams
• Contribute to on-call support to ensure system availability and grid stability
