Job summary

NSF seeks a Project Manager in Belgium to lead certification projects from application to final registration, collaborating with the technical review team, laboratory and sales. You will educate clients to gather necessary information and drive efficient certification processes.

You will build strong client relationships, manage accounts, timelines, and quotes, and work with cross-functional teams to maximize growth opportunities. Hybrid role in Belgium.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical or science field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in customer facing roles and managing accounts.
• Ability to autonomously manage projects with ownership.
• Strong organizational, prioritisation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts with medium impact and/or complexity.
• Coordinate with Sales and Program leaders to maximize growth opportunities.
• Educate clients on standards, regulations or audit processes.
• Ensure timely support to achieve registration/certification.
• Provide input to process improvement opportunities.
• Nurture client relationships; manage post-sale experience from implementation to expansion.
