Axis Group is seeking a Performance and Reporting Analyst to turn complex data into actionable insights. The role focuses on producing tailored investment reports, monitoring portfolio performance, and performing in-depth analyses to support decision-making.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Finance or Economics, are fluent in English, and comfortable with Excel and reporting tools. A hybrid work setup and opportunities for growth across regions are offered.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
• Experience in Reporting and/or Operations preferred.
• Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial products and transactions.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with emphasis on Excel, and affinity for technology.
• Familiarity with programming languages to improve efficiency.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented, with a proactive mindset.

Responsabilités

• Produce high-quality, tailored investment and performance reports within established timelines.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify inconsistencies, and conduct attribution analyses.
• Calculate metrics like duration, credit spread, and overall exposure.
• Assess investment processes to identify factors affecting risk and performance.
• Standardize reporting and coordinate with Reporting Factory for timely deliverables.
• Proactively manage and escalate operational issues to maintain business continuity.
