Tribe Insurance is seeking a Performance Management & Data Expert to translate our strategy into actionable insights for Customer Journey Experts, Financial Experts, Sales Teams and Product Development, driving executive-level decisions.

You will present analyses, guide junior colleagues in developing analyses and reports using SAS, SQL and Power BI, and collaborate across teams in a dynamic, data-driven environment.

• Strong ability to translate business questions into analytical requirements.
• Experience coaching junior data analysts.
• Proven track record in delivering executive-level insights.

Responsabilités

• Review monthly and weekly commercial and financial reports and costs consumption reports for Tribe Insurance and executive management.
• Perform deep-dive analyses to support insurance results growth.
• Act as gate keeper to keep tribe costs within budget.
• Serve as Single Point of Contact toward Finance on insurance results.
• Prepare financial and commercial forecasts for upcoming years based on project quantities.
• Coach and support a junior data analyst; back-up for some reports.

Do you like to translate business conclusions and business questions into clear requirements for data analyst? Are you or were you a senior data analyst eager to coach and guide junior data analysts? Your new role

Tribe Insurance is looking for a Performance Management & Data Expert. In this role, you will actively contribute to translating our “Together for Progress” strategy into actionable insights for Customer Journey Experts, Financial Experts, Sales Teams and Product Development teams, marking a new chapter in our strategic journey “Banking Made Simple.”

You excel at delivering impactful presentations, transforming complex analyses into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for Executive Management. You have a strong ability to translate business challenges into analytical questions and can effectively guide junior colleagues in developing analyses and reports using SAS, SQL, and Power BI.

As a proactive and collaborative team player, you build strong partnerships across teams, take ownership of your projects, and thrive in a dynamic environment. You are also happy to spend 50% of your time working from our newly renovated Marnix office in Brussels.

A day in the life of a Performance Management & Data Expert:

You will focus on:

• Reviewing and commenting on monthly and weekly commercial reports, financial reports and costs consumption reports, for the Tribe Insurance as well as for the executive management
• Performing deep-dive analysis on specific subjects allowing to support the growth of Insurance results
• Acting as gate keeper for ensuring the tribe costs remain within the agreed budget
• Acting as Single Point of Contact towards Finance team regarding insurance results
• Performing financial and commercial forecasts for the coming years insurance results (based on projects quantification among others), including:
• Supporting and coaching a junior data analyst, and act as back-up for performing some reports using:
