Capco is seeking a Data Analyst to help clients turn complex data into actionable insights. You will work at the intersection of data, technology and business, supporting data foundations, processes and decision-making across financial services.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, data teams and IT, combining data preparation, analysis and dashboards to enable data-driven transformation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, business analysis or data-related transformation projects.
• Experience in project management or project delivery is required.
• Hands-on experience with Dataiku is required.
• Knowledge of Alteryx is required.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
• Fluent in English and French; Dutch is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Collect, combine and prepare data from multiple sources for analysis and reporting.
• Design, maintain and optimize data flows and transformation processes.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies and opportunities.
• Translate business questions into data-driven analyses and practical recommendations.
• Investigate data quality issues and work with data owners and providers to resolve them.
• Develop dashboards, visualizations and analytical outputs to support business decision-making.
• Analyze existing data processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Contribute to redesign and optimization of data flows and analytical processes.
• Support data migration and transformation initiatives, including transition to new data environments and tools.
• Challenge existing ways of working and propose scalable solutions.
• Help establish robust and sustainable data foundations.
• Manage and coordinate data-related activities and project deliverables.
• Work with business users, data providers, IT teams across functions and locations.
• Translate business and operational requirements into clear data solutions.
• Plan, monitor and communicate progress, risks and dependencies.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
