Axis Group is seeking a Performance and Reporting Analyst to turn complex data into actionable insights. The role focuses on producing tailored investment reports, monitoring portfolio performance, and performing in-depth analyses to support decision-making.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Finance or Economics, are fluent in English, and comfortable with Excel and reporting tools. A hybrid work setup and opportunities for growth across regions are offered.

• University degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
• Experience in Reporting and/or Operations preferred.
• Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial products and transactions.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with emphasis on Excel, and affinity for technology.
• Familiarity with programming languages to improve efficiency.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented, with a proactive mindset.

Responsabilités

• Produce high-quality, tailored investment and performance reports within established timelines.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify inconsistencies, and conduct attribution analyses.
• Calculate metrics like duration, credit spread, and overall exposure.
• Assess investment processes to identify factors affecting risk and performance.
• Standardize reporting and coordinate with Reporting Factory for timely deliverables.
• Proactively manage and escalate operational issues to maintain business continuity.

• You produce high-quality, tailored investment and performance attribution reports, ensuring they are completed within established timelines;
• You monitor portfolio performance, identify any inconsistencies, and conduct thorough performance attribution analyses;
• You calculate essential metrics for intricate portfolios, such as duration, credit spread, and overall exposure;
• You assess investment processes to uncover factors contributing to both risk and performance outcomes;
• You standardize reporting processes whenever feasible and coordinate with the Reporting Factory to guarantee timely and high-quality deliverables;
• You proactively manage, monitor, and elevate operational issues to maintain business continuity effectively;
• You implement control frameworks to uphold rigorous quality standards in reporting;
• You collaborate with internal teams to design, execute, and enhance reports and related processes;
• You serve as a main point of contact for inquiries regarding reporting and performance attribution;
• You provide support for projects related to reporting as needed.

• You hold a university degree in Finance, Economics, or have relevant professional experience in a similar field;
• You possess experience in Reporting and/or Operations, which would be advantageous;
• You are fluent in English, with proficiency in French and/or Dutch considered a valuable asset;
• You have a solid understanding of financial products and the processes involved in transactions;
• You demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications, with a particular emphasis on Excel, and have a strong affinity for technology;
• You are familiar with programming languages that can enhance operational efficiency;
