ING Belgium is seeking a Performance Management & Data Expert to turn analyses into actionable insights for executive management and cross-functional teams. You will translate business questions into data requirements and guide junior analysts using SAS, SQL, and Power BI.

The role focuses on forecasting, budget governance, and driving insurance-related performance in a bank-insurance distribution environment, with 50% office time in Brussels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience as a data analyst, financial analyst or performance management specialist.
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Fluent in English and either Dutch or French; residency in Belgium.

Responsabilités

• Review monthly and weekly commercial and financial reports for Tribe Insurance and executive management.
• Perform deep-dive analyses to support growth of Insurance results.
• Act as gate keeper to ensure tribe costs stay within budget.
• Coach a junior data analyst and back up reporting tasks using SAS, SQL and Power BI.
