Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Amsterdam is seeking a ambitious Graduate Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. This entry-level role provides a clear path to become an Account Manager or Sales Specialist, with hands-on exposure to SMB and Enterprise opportunities.

Start date: September 2026. Location: HPE Belgium, Diegem HQ. The role offers development programs, events and a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

Advanced verbal and written communication in Dutch and English.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Genuine interest in technology, networking, cloud, AI, or cybersecurity.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
Strong commercial acumen with a sales mindset.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and development.
Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commercial mindset.

Responsabilités

Generate qualified opportunities across SMB and Commercial accounts.
Support Enterprise Account Managers in developing strategic customer opportunities.
Become a trusted and valued member of the sales organization.
Successfully support customer events, workshops, and community engagement activities.
Build a strong foundation in networking, security, AI-driven operations, and enterprise sales.
Develop the skills, knowledge, and experience required to progress into a future Account Manager or Sales Specialist role.
