Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, MSAT Strategy & Business Integration to lead strategic operations across Innovative Medicines Supply Chain. This onsite/hybrid role partners with cross-functional teams to drive the MSAT framework, governance, and digital portfolio management.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in pharma or related finance, strong strategic and analytical skills, and the ability to influence at all levels while delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Pharmaceutical Industry experience and/or Business/Finance environment.
• Ability to develop and communicate a clear vision within a multicultural environment.
• Experience with project evaluation and influencing peers and leadership.
• Strategic thinking aligned with organizational goals and business performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the MSAT Strategic Framework.
• Track milestones and ensure global partner communications support strategy execution.
• Assess cross-functional resources and manage global/regional projects.
• Drive measurement of performance and value realization across MSAT.
• Collaborate with partners for case development and governance forums.
• Advance the MSAT digital ecosystem for portfolio management and reporting.
