Job summary

Webflow is seeking an IT Support Specialist to be the hands-on technical presence in our Buenos Aires office. You will resolve tickets via our AI-powered help desk, document fixes for the knowledge base, and own the office’s AV setup and hardware provisioning.

You will support macOS devices and onboarding for new hires, with occasional travel to other offices. The role is full-time, permanent, and hybrid (1–3 days in office).

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience with help desk ticketing systems.
• Familiar with AI-powered tools to triage and resolve issues.
• Experience with audiovisual setups for meetings and events.
• Comfortable troubleshooting macOS environments.
• Proficient in onboarding new hires (account setup, hardware provisioning).
• Ability to perform in-office work and lift up to 20lbs.

Responsibilities

• Resolve employee tickets through the help desk using AI-powered tooling.
• Document common issues and fixes to build the internal knowledge base.
• Own AV setup at the office and support office space provisioning.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across macOS devices.
• Support Argentina-based staff and assist onboarding for new hires.
