Fnac Vanden Borre is seeking a Team Lead IT Development to guide a back-end and front-end team working on the vandenborre jobsite e-commerce platform. You will ensure effective collaboration, remove obstacles, and deliver new features with quality.

You will act as the main liaison for stakeholders and foster a culture of innovation within the team, while promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Hybrid work with up to 2 remote days is offered.

Qualifications

• Higher education degree in ICT or related field.
• Experience in team leadership with ability to maintain an overview.
• Technical background in programming is a strong plus.
• Proficient communication in Dutch and/or French, with good English.
• Key competencies: innovation, collaboration, leadership, empathy, problem-solving, flexibility, drive, conflict management, teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Lead the IT development team to ensure efficient collaboration and continuous progress.
• Identify and resolve obstacles impacting team or sprint progress.
• Manage stakeholders by reporting project status to management.
• Drive innovation and improve processes and code.
• Promote knowledge sharing through demos, documentation, and training sessions.
