Fnac Vanden Borre is seeking a Team Lead IT Development to guide a back-end and front-end team working on the vandenborre jobsite e-commerce platform. You will ensure effective collaboration, remove obstacles, and deliver new features with quality.

You will act as the main liaison for stakeholders and foster a culture of innovation within the team, while promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Hybrid work with up to 2 remote days is offered.

Qualifications

• Higher education degree in ICT or related field.
• Experience in team leadership with ability to maintain an overview.
• Technical background in programming is a strong plus.
• Proficient communication in Dutch and/or French, with good English.
• Key competencies: innovation, collaboration, leadership, empathy, problem-solving, flexibility, drive, conflict management, teamwork.

As Team Lead IT Development, you lead a team of back-end and front-end developers working on the vandenborre jobsite e-commerce platform. You ensure the team collaborates effectively, that obstacles are resolved quickly, and that new features are successfully delivered. You act as the key point of contact for stakeholder communication and foster a culture of innovation within the team.

Your responsibilities at a glance

• Lead the IT development team, ensuring efficient collaboration and continuous progress.
• Identify and resolve obstacles that may hinder team or sprint progress.
• Manage stakeholders by regularly reporting project status and progress to key stakeholders and management.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement by proposing enhancements and optimizing existing processes and code.
• Promote knowledge sharing within the team through demos, documentation, and training sessions.

Who are you?

• You hold a higher education degree in ICT or a related field.
• You have experience in team leadership and can maintain a clear overview.
• A technical background in programming is a strong plus.
• You communicate effectively in Dutch and/or French, with a good command of English.
