amfori is seeking a Business Insights Expert to collect, analyse and translate market, customer, member and competitive intelligence into strategic insights that drive business development, marketing and organisational decisions.

The role combines strong analytical capabilities with commercial acumen, translating complex data into clear direction and supporting acquisition priorities across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in BI, market research, commercial insights, strategy or related field.
• Experience working with CRM platforms and analysing customer and pipeline data.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; commercial mindset and business acumen.
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly; strong stakeholder management and collaboration.
• Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.

Responsabilités

• Market and competitive intelligence: monitor trends, identify opportunities, track competitors, collaborate with external data providers.
• Customer, member and pipeline insights: analyze CRM data, perform win/loss and customer behavior analyses, identify high-potential markets and use cases.
• Prioritisation and decision support: develop data-driven frameworks to prioritise markets and opportunities; support acquisition strategy.
• Insight translation and stakeholder enablement: convert data into actionable recommendations for targeting, positioning and messaging.
• Data quality and continuous improvement: consolidate data from multiple sources and improve tracking, reporting and insight generation capabilities.
