Job summary

Vandemoortele is seeking a Customer Care Agent Export to manage relationships across export markets, primarily Nordics, acting as the key link between customers, distributors, logistics partners and internal teams.

You will ensure excellent customer experience, coordinate orders, resolve issues, and support cross-functional processes while collaborating with Sales, Supply Chain and Finance in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a commercial field or equivalent experience.
• Customer-centric mindset focused on delivering a superior customer experience.
• Ability to stay reliable under high pressure and with complex requests.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Experience with SAP is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate orders and related activities for export markets.
• Serve as main contact between customers, distributors, logistics partners and internal teams.
• Resolve issues related to orders, pricing or contracts with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers and sales teams.
• Support product development, packaging and logistics optimization projects.
• Ensure accurate master data and secure exchange of information with customers.
