Keystone Solutions is seeking a Data and Analytics Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site to develop and manage databases, ICT applications, and data flows.

You will collaborate with internal and external partners, ensure GDPR compliance, and deliver reports and insights using BI tools like Power BI and MS SQL.

The role is hybrid (3/5 on-site) in Belgium and runs from 01/09/2026 to 31/10/2027, a 14‑month assignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
• 2 to 3 years of work experience.
• Thorough knowledge of IT, software/database development.
• Strong understanding of common and company-specific software.
• In-depth knowledge of BI tools.
• Ability to plan and organize.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze and resolve user issues with databases and formulate improvement proposals.
• Ability to develop, program, and manage user-friendly and accurate databases based on information from various streams.

Responsabilités

• Create technical specifications for database development and present to potential suppliers.
• Develop and program the common database with an external partner and write procedures for data entry and usage.
• Test the programmed database with users, analyze results, and propose changes to the external partner.
• Organize meetings with involved partners or organizations about the common database development and status.
• Ensure follow-up on project decisions with partners and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare the implementation of the common database and provide training to key users.
• Investigate operational data issues and seek IT solutions with involved parties.
• Analyze user inquiries, develop or adjust databases, and propose improvements to meet needs.
• Investigate user needs, analyze current applications, and propose improvements.
• Support users in maintaining databases or creating/modifying applications.
• Oversee users, data structure, and access rights to the common database; ensure backup and security.
