You will translate customer journeys into Use Cases and Business Rules, produce comprehensive documentation for IT, define testable acceptance criteria, and validate testing strategies.

- Proven ability to produce detailed use cases and business rules.
- Experience creating IT documentation for development teams.
- Ability to define testable acceptance criteria and validate testing.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure functional alignment.
- Tracks deployment and post-launch performance; identifies risks.

- Translate customer journeys into detailed Use Cases and Business Rules.
- Produce comprehensive documentation for IT teams.
- Define testable acceptance criteria for solution quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for functional alignment.

- Monitor deployment and post-launch performance.
- Identify and escalate project risks to managers.
