Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methods.
• Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Gather and clarify business needs for standard projects.
• Translate customer journeys into detailed Use Cases and Business Rules.
• Produce comprehensive documentation for IT teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for functional alignment.
• Validate test strategies and user acceptance testing.
• Monitor deployment and post-launch performance.
• Identify and escalate project risks to managers.
