Ignite is seeking a Customer Advisor in Ghent, Belgium, delivering technical guidance and diagnostic support to global fleet managers. You will act as the liaison between accounts and engineering experts, ensuring minimal downtime and reliable logistics.

The role is hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) with fully paid onboarding and relocation assistance to Ghent. A background in mechanical/engineering is not required; comprehensive training is provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent Czech and Lithuanian, written and spoken, with business-level English.
• Ability to operate enterprise systems and document in English.
• Willingness to work a 4-onsite / 1-remote weekly hybrid schedule.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for high-priority customer cases via phone and digital channels.
• Provide technical advice, diagnostics, and operational strategies to global fleet managers.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales and supply chain to accelerate issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate enterprise database entries and records.
• Support 24/7 global operations with flexible shift availability.
