Ignite in Ghent, Belgium is seeking a Customer Advisor to minimize vehicle downtime and support global logistics networks. You will liaise with corporate accounts, provide technical guidance, and collaborate with engineering, sales and supply chain to solve complex problems.

The role features a four-on-site, one-remote hybrid weekly pattern, with fully paid onboarding and relocation support. Strong bilingual and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent mastery of Czech and Lithuanian (written and spoken)
• Business English at least B2 level for internal systems and documentation
• Willingness to work a 24/7 rotating schedule to support global operations

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for high-priority cases via telephone and digital channels
• Analyze complex operational delays to provide quick, data-driven solutions
• Collaborate with engineering, sales and supply chain to resolve issues and keep records up to date
