Ignite in Ghent, Belgium, seeks a Customer Advisor to minimize downtime for global fleets and to act as the link between corporate accounts and engineering specialists. You will provide technical guidance, diagnostics, and tailored operational solutions to fleet managers and service centers worldwide.

Work four days on-site and one day remote in a 24/7 rotating shift. Onboarding is fully paid; no mechanics background required as full technical training is provided.

Qualifications

• Language abilities: fluent in German and Dutch, professional English (B2+) for documentation and collaboration.

Your central objective will be minimizing vehicle downtime and ensuring global supply chains operate continuously. Acting as the primary connection between corporate accounts and engineering specialists, you will provide technical guidance, diagnostic evaluation, and tailored operational solutions to fleet managers and authorized service centers around the world.

Core Responsibilities

• Client Advisory: Handle urgent phone calls and digital support requests while strictly following corporate safety and quality guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Language Abilities: Full fluency in both German and Dutch (written and spoken), with the capability to switch between both languages seamlessly in business settings. Professional command of English (minimum B2 level) for software navigation, case documentation, and global team collaboration.
