Ignite is seeking a Customer Advisor in Ghent, Belgium, delivering technical guidance and diagnostic support to global fleet managers. You will act as the liaison between accounts and engineering experts, ensuring minimal downtime and reliable logistics.

The role is hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) with fully paid onboarding and relocation assistance to Ghent. A background in mechanical/engineering is not required; comprehensive training is provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent Czech and Lithuanian, written and spoken, with business-level English.
• Ability to operate enterprise systems and document in English.
• Willingness to work a 4-onsite / 1-remote weekly hybrid schedule.

A top-tier global manufacturer of heavy vehicles and commercial transport solutions is seeking a dedicated Customer Advisor for its facility in Ghent, Belgium. In this position, your central focus is reducing vehicle downtime and maintaining uninterrupted global logistics operations. Operating as the crucial link connecting commercial accounts with leading engineering experts, you will deliver technical advice, diagnostic support, and customized operational strategies to global fleet managers and service networks.

Core Responsibilities

• Client Advisory: Function as the primary contact for high-priority cases across telephone and digital enterprise channels, upholding strict brand standards for safety and reliability.
• Complex Problem-Solving: Analyze intricate operational delays to provide quick, data-driven solutions for international corporate partners.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate directly with engineering, sales, and supply chain teams to accelerate issue resolutions and keep database entries up to date.
• Structured Hybrid Schedule: Work four days on-site at the Ghent plant combined with one flexible remote work-from-home day each week.
• Fully Paid Onboarding: Complete a fully compensated initial training program. Prior mechanical or engineering background is not required; complete technical training is supplied.

Candidate Requirements

• Language Proficiency:
  • Bilingual Command: Fluent mastery of Czech and Lithuanian (written and spoken), with the capability to transition seamlessly between both languages in corporate environments.
  • Business English: Minimum B2 level (Upper-Intermediate) to operate internal systems, write documentation, and communicate with global teams.
• Core Competencies:
  • Composure Under Pressure: Demonstrated ability to handle high-stakes customer interactions and maintain diplomacy during busy operational periods.
  • Digital Literacy: Advanced computer skills with the capacity to navigate complex enterprise platforms and manage multiple applications simultaneously.
