Ignite in Ghent, Belgium is seeking a Strategic Advisor to bridge senior automotive engineers with international fleets, delivering technical guidance, diagnostics, and tailored supply chain solutions.

You will work four days onsite and one day remote, with fully funded onboarding and relocation assistance to Belgium.

Dual-language fluency in Czech and Russian plus strong English (B2) and high emotional intelligence are essential, along with adaptability to a 24/7 hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Czech and Russian with excellent written and spoken skills.
• Professional English at B2 level or higher.
• High emotional intelligence and customer-centric mindset.
• Strong tech-savvy with ability to learn new software quickly.
• Willingness to work a hybrid 4-onsite / 1-remote schedule.

Responsabilités

• Manage high-level B2B conversations with corporate fleet directors and international partners.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
• Provide diagnostic evaluation and tailored supply chain solutions.
• Maintain enterprise database records and ensure safety, quality, and operational performance.
