Equicty NV, a market-leading SaaS startup in the horse industry, seeks a hands-on CTO to scale our platform and infrastructure. You will own the technical vision, partner with the CEO, and guide an in-house and contracted development team to deliver on ambitious product roadmaps.

Based in Belgium, the role offers a full-time hybrid position, potential equity, and close collaboration with the founder and management team as we continue rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• Deep knowledge of cloud software architecture and scaling SaaS products.
• Strong background in full-stack development, DevOps and API integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and align a technology team with business goals.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop and make architectural decisions to ensure strong, scalable software products.
• Partner with CEO to define, prioritize and realize product roadmap.
• Lead in-house and contracted development teams; head integrations of partner APIs.
• Drive performance, motivation and effectiveness of the software team.
• Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors.
