MCI Brussels is seeking an enthusiastic intern to join their event management team. As an intern, you will assist in the lifecycle of events while gaining real-world experience in managing live, virtual, or hybrid conferences.

Your responsibilities will include data research, exhibition management, and supporting the project team. Candidates must be EU citizens, available for 6 to 12 months, and pursuing studies in relevant fields. The role offers a 900€ monthly housing allowance for international students.

Qualifications

• EU citizen or valid student VISA/permit required.
• Available for at least 6 months, ideally 12 months.
• Fluency in English is a must; ideally fluent in a 2nd EU language.

Responsabilités

• Research and compile data for client proposals.
• Support exhibition management and invoicing.
• Take notes during meetings and maintain contact with suppliers.
• Assist in preparing meeting materials and onsite signage.
• Help coordinate transfers and accommodations for delegates.
