bpost is seeking a Compliance Project Manager Building Operations to bridge management and on-the-ground operations. You ensure that all building projects comply with applicable laws and embed compliance into processes and improvements.

You will lead compliance efforts for a large portfolio across 850+ buildings, coordinate with the S2O department, and translate regulations into concrete actions and training. A technical, structured environment supports your work.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to structure, prioritise and follow up multiple projects.
• Experience managing stakeholders is essential.
• Affinity with regulations and technical topics is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead compliance projects within Building Operations.
• Coordinate compliance, safety and technical conformity projects.
• Design process flows and establish project governance.
• Set priorities, align stakeholders and track implementation via KPIs and audits.
• Develop and follow the annual Compliance Action Plan with S2O and Prevention.
• Define and monitor KPIs and risks; report to management with recommendations.
• Engage with prevention advisors, technical teams and external partners.
