bpost is seeking a Finance professional to implement and optimize internal and external projects, improving Service Line processes and procedures based on expertise areas.

You will advise the manager, ensuring compliance and driving efficiency across the Service Line and the GSO, with a focus on complex, multi-stakeholder processes and data quality. English fluency with Dutch/French is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance (Accounting)
• 4–5 years of accounting experience in a complex organization
• In-depth knowledge of applicable legislation and regulations
• Extensive knowledge of BGAAP, financial applications, ERP systems and related software
• Basic knowledge of IAS/IFRS standards
• Excellent command of Oracle Cloud and Excel
• Fluent in English with good command of Dutch and/or French
• Strong drive to optimize processes and coordinate improvements

Responsabilités

• Analyze highly complex end-to-end processes and propose improvements; develop and implement procedural changes.
• Supervise management of files and cases; ensure contractual and legal documentation compliance.
• Develop a framework for control procedures to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate internal, external, and cross-functional improvement projects.
• Monitor laws and regulations; ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Advise on the implementation and optimization of IT tools used by bpost.
• Identify opportunities from trends and propose improvements impacting multiple departments.
• Coordinate internal and external communications across departments.
