Leviat is seeking a Commercial Customer Service Representative in Ternat, Belgium. In this role, you will be the key link between our customers and sales teams, ensuring smooth handling of orders while providing outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B Customer Service or Sales Administration.
• Strong knowledge of the Order-to-Cash process.
• Experience with ERP systems including order processing.

Responsabilités

• Act as the key link between customers and sales organization.
• Ensure smooth handling of orders and quotations.
• Communicate clearly with customers about delivery lead times.
