Analyze current server and camera infrastructures to design future-proof integration architectures.
Develop detailed functional and technical design documents to support system transitions.
Identify dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks with viable mitigation strategies.
Maintain quality management plans to ensure alignment with standards.
Facilitate stakeholder alignment between management, IT architects, and software engineers.
