Job summary

Pauwels Consulting is seeking a seasoned Business/Functional Analyst to translate stakeholder requirements into functional and technical specs for invoicing and track management systems. You will document requirements, analyze processes, and draft detailed specifications.

You will work in Agile/Scrum environments, design data models, collaborate with development teams, and create test cases. This onsite Brussels role includes a 24/7 on-call rotation and offers a 5-year engagement starting

Qualifications

8+ years in business and functional analysis in Agile/Scrum.
8+ years in design and modeling with UML and BPMN.
2+ years with Sparx EA, Draw.io, Confluence, JIRA.
Experience with RDBMS including SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
Foundational understanding of OO, .NET, and MVC.

Responsibilities

Identify and document business requirements and stakeholder needs using diverse analysis methods.
Analyze existing processes to propose enhancements for increased efficiency and accuracy.
Develop detailed functional specifications and requirements to guide technical development.
Define data models based on complex stakeholder requirements and operational needs.
Collaborate with development teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
Design and execute test cases and scenarios to ensure system quality and reliability.
Conduct impact analyses on business requirements to assess project feasibility and scope.
