Job summary

Federal Police Information and ICT Directorate (DRI) in Belgium seeks a capable Business Analyst for the ANPR traffic workstream. You’ll map current server and camera systems, design a target state, and draft detailed designs for a smooth Run-team transition.

Key duties include collaborating with project managers, data experts and engineers, ensuring feasibility with timing and budget, and documenting processes and standards for compliance and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Three years relevant experience.
• Complex public-sector IT experience.
• Experience with analysis methodologies and tools.
• Experience modelling business processes.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving.
• Ability to structure large information sets and summarise neutrally.

Responsibilities

• Analyse GDM/Speedmaster connectivity between dynamic speed signs and fixed speed cameras.
• Map the as-is server, camera infrastructure and existing software solutions.
• Design the to-be state using existing solutions and equipment.
• Define processes and documentation for Run-team transition.
• Collaborate with ANPR programme project managers and stakeholders.
• Document requirements and standards clearly for GDM and traffic initiatives.
