Job summary

HumanInTech is seeking a business analyst to work on a traffic safety technology programme within a Belgian public-sector organisation. You will analyse integration between dynamic speed signs and fixed speed cameras, map server infrastructure, camera systems and software, and help design the future state.

Your role includes documenting requirements, processes, risks and stakeholder communications, and producing detailed design documents for operational readiness and data protection

Qualifications

• At least three years of hands-on experience in business analysis and ICT projects.
• Experience in complex IT environments in public-sector organisations.
• Familiar with analysis methodologies and tools such as process modelling, requirement management and project tracking.
• Familiarity with MS Visio, JIRA, Confluence or comparable toolsets is desired.
• Experience with monitoring tools, including parameter definition, is a plus.
• Affinity or experience with camera technology and traffic enforcement systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that requirements and standards are clearly documented for traffic safety initiatives
• Developing and documenting processes to enable a smooth transition to the operational team
• Identifying tasks, dependencies and risks across the programme
• Reporting progress to stakeholders: status, issues, bottlenecks, risks and proposed mitigations
• Setting up and maintaining quality management plans to ensure deliverables meet required standards
• Documenting information in a structured way to anchor and transfer knowledge
• Working out detailed technical and functional design documents
• Contributing to data protection impact assessments and risk analyses
• Managing stakeholder relationships with internal teams and external partners
