Job summary

ISOLFIN Group is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead safety on an industrial insulation project in Belgium. You will coordinate HSE activities on site, ensure compliance with our policies, regulations, and client requirements, and act as the main HSE contact for management, the client and contractors.

The role requires a strong knowledge of Belgian HSE legislation, NEBOSH/IOSH qualifications preferred, and excellent English.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HSE Manager on industrial construction projects.
• Experience in thermal insulation is highly preferred.
• Valid VCA VOL certification – mandatory.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken – mandatory.
• Knowledge of Belgian HSE legislation related to the role is highly preferred.
• NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent qualification is an advantage.

• Knowledge of Belgian HSE legislation and regulations related to the role is highly preferred.
• NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Valid EU work authorization / legal eligibility to work in Belgium is mandatory at the time of hiring.
