Job summary

ISOLFIN Group is seeking an experienced supervisor for insulation activities at industrial sites. You will supervise insulation, cladding and mechanical/piping works, ensure drawings and site conditions are aligned, and uphold quality across installations.

The role requires reading technical drawings, understanding insulation systems and CINI requirements, with a practical, site-focused mindset and strong attention to detail. English is required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial insulation, cladding or mechanical/piping works.
• Understanding of insulation systems, sheet metal cladding and piping/equipment.
• Ability to read technical/isometric drawings.
• Experience with CINI requirements.
• Practical, site-oriented approach and good attention to detail.
• English required; Dutch is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Carry out site measurements (opmetingen) for insulation and cladding works.
• Prepare and update insulation/cladding drawings and sketches.
• Develop accurate material take-offs based on drawings and site conditions.
• Coordinate with the site team, engineering and client.
• Verify dimensions and technical details before fabrication and installation.
• Support the project team with technical documentation and as-built information.
