Toyota Motor Europe (TME) invites applications for an internship in People & Innovation (P&I) focusing on Knowledge Management within HR digital transformation. You will map knowledge sources, review SharePoint content, and help create a unified, accessible knowledge framework that supports governance and future AI-enabled retrieval.

The role offers exposure to cross-functional HR projects, with a six-month timeframe and hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

Fluent English is required (business language).
Experience with SharePoint or content management systems is preferred.
Understanding of knowledge management concepts is beneficial.
Interest in AI, Microsoft Copilot, or digital transformation is desirable.
Experience in academic or extracurricular projects involving process improvement, research, or change management.

Responsabilités

Map existing knowledge sources across P&I.
Review current SharePoint sites and content structure.
Identify opportunities to improve information accessibility and searchability.
Develop a 'single source of truth' for key P&I processes, policies, standards, and best practices.
