Premium Sound Solutions seeks a Head of Europe & Mexico to design and execute a strategic HR roadmap across Europe and Mexico. You will partner with leaders to drive people management, organizational development and leadership effectiveness, while supporting Belgium with HR budgeting and compliance.

The role is based in Dendermonde, Belgium, reporting to the CHRO, and requires strong experience in international HR leadership and employment law knowledge.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR management, psychology, law, or business administration.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant HR experience, including European leadership.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, change management and organizational development.
• Experience in international environments and with employee relations.

Responsabilités

• Lead European HR management across Belgium, Germany, Hungary and Mexico.
• Drive organizational development, change management and leadership development.
• Provide HR analytics, reporting and KPI driven recommendations.
• Offer part-time strategic HR support for the Belgium site, budgeting and labor relations.
