You will lead HR projects across industries, integrating with client HR teams to provide hands-on support while thinking strategically and executing tactically. You will help create a positive workplace and support clients’ HR operations.

This role emphasizes flexibility: travel, varied projects, and a hybrid working arrangement with options for remote work several days per week.

Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years of HR experience in the field.
• Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for HR.

Aufgaben

• Lead and execute HR-focused projects for diverse clients.
• Integrate the client’s HR team for hands-on support.
• Balance strategic thinking with practical, tactical delivery.
• Apply information and best practices to support the client’s strategic plan.
• Help clients create a positive, productive, and engaging workplace.
• Play a pivotal role in ensuring continuity and efficiency of HR Operations.
• Projects may include Recruitment, Learning & Development, Payroll, HRBP, Employer Branding, Compensation & Benefits, HR Project Management.
