EY People Advisory Services (PAS) in Belgium specializes in people management and global mobility. As a (Senior) Personal Income Tax Consultant, you will advise international clients on inbound/outbound mobility and resident/non-resident tax matters, collaborating with a team of experts.

You can work from Antwerp, Diegem, Ghent or Hasselt with flexible one‑to‑a-week home working. A strong focus on Belgian tax rules, client service, and accurate tax work is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Law, Economics or equivalent; a fiscal degree is a plus.
• 2–4 years relevant experience in a similar position with strong knowledge of personal income tax matters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch or French; fluent in English.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of Belgian tax legislation.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on inbound/outbound global mobility and personal income tax matters.
• Handle day-to-day contacts with international clients on global mobility challenges.
• Prepare and review personal income tax assessments and related filings.
• Support on remuneration, expatriate packages and tax exemptions with accuracy.
